PEERS® Social Skills Group for Teens — Now Enrolling for January 2027
Does your teen want friends but struggle to know how to make and keep them? PEERS® (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) is an evidence-based social skills program developed at UCLA, and one of the most researched programs of its kind in the world.
In this small-group program, teens learn concrete, real-world social skills through direct teaching, role-play, and coached practice: how to start and carry conversations, join groups, handle teasing and disagreements, plan get-togethers, and build real friendships. Parents receive a handout after every session with the skill taught and specific ways to support practice at home.
The group is led by Julie Stockdale, M.Sc., S-LP(C), a PEERS® School-Based Certified Provider and Telehealth Provider.
