About Julie
I’m Julie Stockdale, a Speech-Language Pathologist with 15+ years of experience supporting children and families across clinical, school-based, and virtual settings.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with children with a wide range of communication needs—from early language delays to autism, AAC, and complex developmental profiles. I’ve also served in senior leadership roles, building clinical systems, supervising clinicians, and mentoring early-career therapists.
What matters most to me is helping families feel informed, confident, and supported—not overwhelmed.
I believe effective therapy doesn’t stop when the session ends. That’s why I focus on clear goals, practical strategies, and meaningful collaboration with families and caregivers.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, family-centred care, and advocacy for access—especially for families navigating rural service gaps or complex systems.
